  • Worked creatively as a team of five Student Coordinators to plan activities for orientation leaders’ weekly trainings, intensive trainings, as well as overnight retreats to create team bonding among the orientation leaders.

  • Created project proposal and presented at the NODA educational conference about different aspects needed to build a cohesive orientation leader team along other Student Coordinators from over 30 schools within the region to represent CSUF’s Orientation department.

  • Managed and communicated with a team of 40 diverse orientation leaders to ensure everything was in the right place in order for orientation sessions to go according to schedule.

  • Remained calm and solved unforeseen problems during college advising and class registration process to make sure students had a smooth and stress-free experience.

  • Assisted over 6,000 first-time freshmen and transfer students with diverse backgrounds to help them feel belong and welcome to the campus.

  • Collaborated with other orientation leaders on projects to gain knowledge about different resources on campus and shared them with students and parents.
